These regulations apply to Igniteers’ limited campaign to build and deliver three (3) free functional prototypes in 48 hours. By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Applications open upon campaign launch and will close on 30 November 2025 at 23:59 (Lisbon time). Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
This campaign is open to companies of all sizes, industries, and geographies.
A company may submit multiple applications if it has distinct ideas to propose.
To have a valid application, the applicant must agree to subscribe to the Igniteers newsletter.
All applications will be reviewed by the Igniteers team. Evaluation criteria include:
Clarity of the proposal and objectives
Potential for impact, scalability, or market value
Feasibility within the 48-hour prototype timeframe
Igniteers will select three (3) projects at its sole discretion. Decisions are final and not open to appeal.
Selected companies will receive a functional software prototype, delivered within 48 hours of selection. The prototype will:
Be hosted on Igniteers’ servers for 12 months free of charge
Include dummy data only (not real production data)
Represent a limited proof of concept, not a full software product
No database will be included. All interactions will run through browser cache only, meaning:
Data is temporary and tied to the user’s session/device
Clearing the cache will erase all inputs
Other users on different devices will not see changes made locally
No rounds of feedback are included. Igniteers may, at its discretion, provide courtesy feedback or adjustments. The prototype is intended for demonstration, pitching, and validation purposes only, and may not reflect the complete potential of a production-ready system.
All prototypes remain the property of Igniteers. Selected companies are granted a non-exclusive, free license to use the prototype for demonstration, investment, or testing purposes during the hosting period. Expansion, customization, or migration of the prototype into a production system will require a separate project and commercial agreement with Igniteers.
Igniteers does not guarantee:
Investment outcomes, fundraising success, or market adoption of the prototype
Uninterrupted hosting uptime
Functionality beyond the agreed prototype scope
Igniteers shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the campaign or from use of the prototype.
Igniteers reserves the right to modify the campaign terms or deadlines at any time, or cancel the campaign without prior notice if required by operational, technical, or business circumstances.
By applying to this campaign, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these regulations.
