Startup Portugal needed to have a platform to be a bridge between challenges from corporates and solutions from startups, so the goal was to create a website to gather registrations and a backoffice to show the scores of each challenge/solution pairing, analysing fit across several factors and featuring score of over 80% fit, so that they could put the startup in touch with the corporate in order to create a pilot, effectively matching them together. The design and development had to happen in a short 3 weeks so the pressure was on!

We started iterating over a couple of visual mockups to quickly validate branding and design direction, starting development of the backoffice at the same time in order to meet the deadline. After everything was aligned, it was a matter of turning the website design into code. Although the time was short, there was no leeway in quality or safety. We burned the midnight oil and made everything as robust as possible.

The final product was an amazing backoffice that quickly shows matches between corporates and startups, where the highest scored matches are featured and you can read the reports of each pairing, detailing the reasoning for the score.
